At Lord of Life Lutheran Church, we believe including photos of friends of all ages in print and web publications strengthens our a sense of community. Media showing our church members and friends helps display the vibrancy and joy of our church community. We use photos to enhance the quality of our print materials, newsletters, website, social media, publicity, and fundraising.
Participation in events at Lord of Life Lutheran Church generally implies permission for inclusion in and use of images taken at those events. If you wish to opt out of inclusion in photographs, please complete and sign our Opt-Out form and provide it to the church office along with a reference image.
To opt out, please print the form below and turn in the completed form to the church office along with a photo for reference. Individuals who have submitted an opt-out form should also inform event photographers about their decision to opt out so that they are not accidentally captured in crowd shots.
