Lord of Life is honored to be able to provide emergency assistance to members of the wider community through our Pastor’s Discretionary Fund. The purpose of this fund is to help individuals and families when emergencies arise so they can stay in their homes, keep their lights on, and keep food on the table.
Assistance can be provided for a wide array of financial challenges including but not limited to mortgages, rent, utilities, car payments, grocery bills (via gift cards), and medical bills.

Submitting the form will result in the information provided being added to our internal system for storage and processing. After completing the form, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit a valid photo ID to finish the application process.
You will receive an email or phone call at the contact information provided within two business days of submitting your application.
If the form is unavailable, we have already disbursed all of our funds for the current month. You are encouraged to check back on the 25th of the month when the form will be re-opened.
