Traditional Worship

This is the Second Sunday of Christmas. Within the gospel reading’s profound words lies the simple message that God is revealed in a human person. Though we may try to understand how the Word existed with God from the beginning of time, the wonder we celebrate at Christmas is that the Word continues to dwell among us. Christ comes among us in the gathered assembly, the scriptures, the waters of new birth, and the bread and the wine. Through these ordinary gifts we receive the fullness of God’s grace and truth.
We will also honor Mia Vu as she leaves her role as Interim Director of Teen/Youth Faith Formation. A reception hosted by Teen/Youth Faith Formation families will follow the 11 a.m. service.
Join us in the Sanctuary for traditional, liturgical worship. This service will be live streamed on our website and on Facebook Live.
The sermon, children’s sermon, and communion are part of every Sunday worship. Hymnals and Bibles are available beneath the pews for any who wish to use them in addition to the sanctuary video screens. We also have hearing assistance devices available which can be accessed by asking an usher. Come as you are — there’s no dress code!
