Have you ever had trouble going to sleep because your mind just keeps going over your to do list? Or have you been sitting in a meeting and realized that your heart rate is way higher than it should be from sitting in a chair? These are just a few of the ways we experience anxiety in our lives every day. Anxiety comes in a lot of forms and everyone experiences it a little differently. But, as we will see on this week’s episode, we are all carrying anxiety with us all the time. What matters is how we acknowledge and react to that anxiety and how we try to follow Jesus in the face of it.
